Today's satellite phone comments from Cameron (27 feb. 8:00pm PST):

"I was outside most of the day. A challenging, cold day. I was very cold although the Arctic Shield suit really came into its own today. The wind chill was brutal, and I was very careful about exposing any flesh. I kept my face completely covered most of the day. I got a touch of frostnip from just having seconds of exposure when I adjusted my goggles.

The day was pretty good. I got a lot of photography and good film footage. I'm getting dressed now to go outside tonight to do some moonlight photography. I have better than a half moon, I have a clear sky, and I should get some spectacular photos off the snow at night. I'm going to keep working on photography tomorrow, and I'll start thinking about some ideas of when I'm going to go back, starting tomorrow."
